WorldTicket by GO7 sets out connected model for airline distribution

Copenhagen, Denmark – 18 February 2026 – GO7 – the growth platform for airlines – today outlined a connected model for airline distribution, designed to maximise reach, flexibility, and revenue opportunities across all booking channels.
The company’s innovative holistic approach brings together Global Distribution Systems (GDS), New Distribution Capability (NDC), and direct OTA partnerships, with a virtual interlining solution launching soon to complete the stack.
By merging legacy and modern systems under a unified, channel-agnostic distribution ecosystem, WorldTicket by GO7 empowers airlines and travel operators to meet customers wherever they are, seamlessly and efficiently.
Peer Winter, Chief Distribution Officer at GO7, said: “For too long, the industry has been arguing GDS vs NDC. But there’s no silver-bullet channel in airline distribution. Our holistic approach allows partners to be present wherever their customers are booking, while reducing complexity and maximising incremental revenue.”
Key features of GO7’s holistic distribution model include:
- Channel agnosticism: GO7 ensures presence across all relevant channels, enabling airlines to capture demand wherever passengers search.
- Aggregation and integration: Acting as a central hub, GO7 connects both full-service and low-cost carriers. It enables partnerships, feed-on/feed-off network models, ancillary revenue opportunities, and bundled fare solutions.
- Global reach and scalability: The ecosystem connects with over 100,000 IATA agencies across 190 markets and supports scalable settlement with OTAs and rail partners, facilitating seamless entry into new markets.
- Cost neutrality: Designed to reduce complexity and risk, the holistic model optimises revenue quality while remaining cost-neutral for carriers.
To reflect this joined-up view of distribution, GO7 has recently shifted from stackable tools to an interoperable set of building blocks that can be deployed together. Airlines can run indirect and direct channels today and complement their strategy with GO7’s upcoming virtual interlining solution, supported by its patent-protected ThruBag technology.
The new direction is further supported by GO7’s broader distribution capabilities, including its W2 Aggregation Services, which enable full-service carriers to distribute codeshare and interline content globally – while retaining complete control over ticketing, inventory, and passenger data.
Meanwhile, Rail & Fly by GO7 lets airlines extend their network beyond airports by integrating high-speed rail into flight itineraries. Already live with Deutsche Bahn, the solution allows airlines to distribute intermodal fares across all major GDSs, gaining access to the entire German travel market with a single integration.
